ARES was designed for rural Kenya, but the same problems of no internet, unreliable power and too few books exist in many places. In February 2020 an Afretech team took the program to the Philippines.

## Libraries in four schools

- Looc Elementary School
- Tawala Elementary School
- Libaong Elementary School
- Felix Bombat High School

## ARES units and computer labs in three schools

- IMUS National High School, Cavite
- Lahug, Cebu
- Lourdes, Panglao, Bohol

Afretech's goal is to develop a program like the Kenyan one for isolated schools in the remote islands of the Philippines.
